Treatment and cure of weak erection and erectile dysfunction

Treatment and cure of weak erection and erectile dysfunction with drugs

Almost all men have erection problems; if it only happens once in a while, you don't necessarily need professional help.

Erectile dysfunction (ED) occurs when you have difficulty achieving and maintaining an erection sufficient to engage in sexual intercourse.

There are several medications to treat this condition.

Erectile dysfunction can sign an underlying medical condition so that you will need a physical exam; if an underlying health condition is a cause, such as diabetes or high blood pressure, treating the problem should be the first step towards recovery.

If not, the specialist can recommend the medications needed to treat erectile dysfunction.

Oral medications

According to a recent study, nearly 80 percent of men with erectile dysfunction report improved intercourse after using oral medications.

Currently, there are three drugs available with a prescription, and they are:

  • sildenafil citrate (Viagra)
  • tadalafil (Cialis)
  • vardenafil HCl (Levitra, Staxyn)
  • These Super P Force work by increasing a natural chemical called nitric oxide that relaxes the penis muscles, allowing blood to flow more freely. An improvement in blood flow helps to achieve and maintain an erection.

The Super vidalista can be prescribed in various dosages; the specialist will probably start with a relatively low and regular dose. Potential side effects include mild stomach pain, headache, and hot flashes; some people notice changes in vision, nasal congestion, or muscle aches.

Oral medications for erectile dysfunction can interact negatively when used concomitantly with other Tadarise 20, in particular:

  • nitrate drugs
  • blood thinners
  • alpha-blockers
  • high blood pressure medications
  • Or, if you have:

  • high or low blood pressure
  • diabetes
  • heart disease
  • history of stroke or heart failure
  • Injectable drugs

If oral medications cannot be used, or if they don't work, there are other options, such as self-injectable medications that work by improving blood circulation:

  • prostaglandin / alprostadil (Caverject Impulse, Edex)
  • phentolamine (OraVerse, Regine)
  • papaverine
  • Using an excellent needle, it is possible to inject the drug into the side or base of the penis; in most cases, you will get an erection that lasts about an hour or so.

Side effects can include: bleeding, bruising, or the formation of fibrous tissue at the injection site; some people experience a prolonged erection (priapism), which may require medical attention.

    Interactions

Alprostadil negatively interacts with the drug heparin; heparin is used to prevent blood clots from forming: caution when using Extra Super p Force together!

Papaverine can interact with ginkgo; if you are taking these medications, be sure to seek advice from a specialist.

    Suppositories

Alprostadil is also available as a penile suppository (MUSE).

The drug is inserted into the urethra using a unique applicator; this usually causes an erection in 10 minutes and makes it last up to an hour.

Potential side effects include bleeding in the minor urethra and the formation of fibrous tissue within the penis.

    Hormone replacement therapy

If abnormally low testosterone levels cause erectile dysfunction, replacement therapy can help.

Testosterone therapy can be given weekly by intramuscular injection; injections can cause testosterone levels to rise and fall between different treatments.

Testosterone therapy can also be taken in gel form, taking great care to prevent the gel from falling on someone else.

Another option is the skin patch, which can cause skin irritation.

Those who have had prostate cancer and breast cancer should not take testosterone.
