The film's premise is based on the fast-passed and often-chaotic day's journey of a woman through the point of view of her hands. Her day begins with the alarm clock going off. 6:00 AM comes into focus on the clock and she hits the snooze button. We see her hands engage in the morning routine. The shower, coffee machine, microwave, remotes, radio and mobile phone all require her touch to make them work. The action pauses for a brief moment as she steps outside her house and clicks the remote to unlock her car.

Driving to work requires touching dozens of buttons, switches and dials including those in the car and at the gas station. At work we see and feel how busy she is typing, dialing, sending, deleting, scrolling and touching the dozens of machines and devices in her office. We discover that she is heading on a trip as she leaves the office and drives her car to the airport where she buys her ticket at a kiosk and continues to work via her mobile phone. We see the frenetic pace at which she touches the myriad of things required to get something to eat, get settled in on the plane and continue to work on the plane ride. She lands, get her bags, gets in a cab, checks in on her mobile device and through the chaos, we realize the day is far from over.

We cut to black where we resolve to a quiet and intimate moment of pleasure. We see a close up on a finger as it touches the soft smooth skin of a knee, shoulder and neck which then widens to reveal the beautiful woman whose hands we've seen this chaotic day through.
